1. **What if my fingerprint is not recognized?**
Fingerprint recognition may fail due to worn or dirty fingers. Ensure your fingers are clean and dry for optimal recognition. We recommend registering at least 3 fingerprints upon purchase.
2. **How many fingerprints can I register?**
Initially, register two fingerprints, and you can add up to 8 more later.
3. **What if the battery dies?**
The lock will remain locked! Your stored fingerprints also remain in memory. Simply connect the Micro USB charging port - you can unlock while it charges. The red light indicates charging, and you can unlock normally while it charges. The light will turn off when fully charged.
4. **How long does a full charge last?**
When fully charged, the lock can stand by for up to 12 months, with a low battery alert when the red light flashes during unlocking.
